What happens if my plane arrives early or late ?
We are able to track your flight with your flight number, so the driver
knows when to arrive.

Is the limousine stocked with beverages ?
Yes  Coke & Pepsi products

Where do I meet the chauffeur for my pick up ?
Once your plane has landed, check your voice mail on your phone and
call the driver for instructions.  Or call 239-592-LIMO (5466).
The driver will be in the cell phone parking lot waiting for your call .
After you have received your luggage, let the driver know which door       
 you will be exiting and the limousine will pull up to greet you.

What is your cancellation policy ?
Cancellation are accepted by phone only.
Weekend reservations require 10 days advance notice.

When is my credit card charged ?
Usually a week in advance, but we call first to verify the ride.
If Hollywood Limos has you on a account, your credit card is charged      
 after the completion of the Limousine use.

Can I pay for my reservation in cash instead of using the credit card that
was provided ?
Yes

How far in advance should I place my reservation ?  
In season the weekends get booked up in about a month in advance        
 Normally two weeks is safe. In the month of May & April, Saturday         
 Proms get booked up about two month in advance.
